Innovations in the African-American Business Community: Then and Now

FreeThe Riverside African American Historical Society is partnering with the Mission Inn Foundation for a presentation exploring Riverside’s rich history of African American entrepreneurs and business innovations.
Craig Goodwin, narrator, will take us back to the “then” time when Riverside was a segregated community and Black businesses were relegated to the Eastside.
Then several panelists will transition to the “now” entrepreneurs, including Adams Motorsports Park representative, the oldest Black-owned business in Riverside; Joan Roberts, owner of Visiting Angels; Bernie Edmonds, Artist, and Pamela Streeter-Laudermill, Parties Outta Sight, Professional photography, Alyce Smith Cooper, Stokely Family.
